Hello Melissa, Thank you so much for providing this feedback. We had the pleasure of attending the Customer Service SIG conference on the 16th of November which gave us a great opportunity to provide an update on the progress of e-conveyancing to the Water Authorities who attended. It was also a great opportunity to hear directly from the Water authorities in respect of their experiences with PEXA given the integral role Water authorities play in settlements being completed electronically. The feedback that you have provided below was a great topic of conversation at the session so thank you for popping this into community to extend the conversation. One outcome from the session was to continue to work with the Water authorities and arrange a workshop to further discuss how we can continue to work together to enhance the experience for the Water authorities particularly around receiving the Notice of Acquisition in the most efficient and effective way. The workshop is being organised as we speak so please let us know if you would like to come along and be involved, your input would be valuable. Now specific to the points you raised: 1) When a Notice of Acquisition is completed in PEXA by the Lawyers/Conveyancers. the Purchaser's (Transferee) full name, date of birth, phone number and email details are required to be completed. Perhaps we could have a look at a specific example to understand what may have happened here. 2) The Notice of Acquisition completed in PEXA will provide the Volume and Folio number. We will ensure this is discussed in further detail at the workshop that we are scheduling with the Water authorities . It would be great if you could come along so we can work together to see what could be done to progress this. Thank you again Melissa Cheryl
