Hi @Jarrod_McAleese    With daylight savings commencing 3rd October, can you confirm if the below is correct for WA settlement as of Monday 4th October;   Settlements that are not in a Ready status will rollover every half an hour until 2:00pm AWST   Manual settlement re-booking cut off time is now 1:00pm AWST   Latest time settlement can be booked is 3:30pm AWST   Thank you ... Hi @Jarrod_McAleese    Just confirming NSW Labour Day is on Monday 5th October, as daylight savings commences the day before, WA have until 1:00pm to complete a financial settlement lodgement meaning the workspace is required to be signed by all parties then progressed to a ready status prior to 1:00pm?    Thank you ... Hi PEXA Team   We have a message displaying in a Transfer Workspace with the updated Settlement Summary been enabled.   Previous version of this screen allowed the IM to select Yes for IM holds Client Authority for shortfall without having to enter the last four digits of the client's account number.    P&N Bank's policy is that we will never disclose our client's account number even if it's the last few digits. Is it possible for the updated version to not make this mandatory as we would either have to enter a fake number or select No then send a conversation to the agent which will cause an unnecessary conversation as these fields have been developed to limit conversations.   Thank you ... Hi @TSullivan    What if the Proprietor has changed their name but they're discharging and their previous name is still registered on the title and they're refinancing to another bank?   Can the workspace for the refinance settlement with a Change of Name be lodged? (Lodgement order of Discharge, Change of Name then National Mortgage) I've tested this scenario in the training environment and it's allowed the transaction to go through with the new bank (Incoming Mortgagee) being able to register the new mortgage in the Proprietor's new legal name.   For a stand alone Change of Name when the title is issued and in receipt of the Mortgagee on Title, the Subscriber is supposed to have the physical title however is it not possible to utilise the WA second mortgage process?   The Subscriber representing the Proprietor will invite the Mortgagee on Title with the scripting of: Request for Change of Name, please confirm paper CT destroyed and advise your Landgate Issuing box number for the replacement CT   Mortgagee on Title will send a conversation to confirm the issued title will be destroyed upon the lodgement of the Change of Name then confirm their issuing box number for the replacement CT to be sent to.   Unsure if this proposed process should be discussed in the Banking Operations Transformation Working Group then cascaded down to the Practitioners?   Interest to hear feedback, thank you! ... Hi PEXA Is it possible for the Funds Confirmation panel to populate when the workspace has both a financial settlement and transfer involved? We've had scenarios whereby loan documents were received back from the client however when we were updating the workspace we were unable to select 'Yes' or 'No' for Client Authority to provide shortfall.   If we're ready to settle there would be no need for us to view the workspace to ensure this field has been completed which then leads to additional conversations received to query if authority is held.    Interested to hear feedback, thank you. ... Incorrect Spelling of Address

Hi PEXA Team We have only noticed post settlement that the address populated for a workspace has been misspelt. I've double checked the History to confirm if the Land Titles address was manually edited but this is not the case. The Registry Information Supply was received a few hours after the workspace had been created. The address populated had the suburb of Ssecret Harbour - if this has been auto-populated by the system, how is it possible that a spelling error has occurred? We also did our own Title Search prior to creating the workspace which displayed the correct spelling of Secret Harbour. Thank you     ... View more

Hi Could someone please confirm when the Incoming Mortgagee is able to select Yes or No for the Client Authority to provide shortfall? We have received loan documents from our clients however the "Funds Confirmation" section found in the Settlement Summary is not displaying and we cannot select Yes or No. I've double checked the Workspace Settings to ensure the workspace has been set up correctly and Yes has been selected for "Will this transaction involve a Transfer". Hi PEXA   Could I please have an update regarding the DA checkboxes displaying at the time a workspace has been created?   Currently our process is to create a workspace when the Loan Contracts have been generated then invite the OFI to the workspace, upload the DA if held and share the document with the OFI - this process is completed by a different department that only create workspaces. There is no option for this department to select the DA checkbox confirming when the DA was sent.   Once Loan Contracts have been returned another department will verify the contracts then view the workspace. They then have to view the Files tab to confirm if the DA has already been uploaded which causes an extra step.   Since there has been more emphasis placed on the Banks to complete the checkboxes, it would be beneficial to have the checkboxes available when the workspace has been created.   Could you please provide any feedback or updates, much appreciated.   Thank you ... Hi all   I'm not familiar with QLD settlements as we have a solicitor who acts on our behalf to effect the settlements however I would like more information as to why the Property description in the Land Titles section displays Lot x RPxxx (no longer used) (no longer used) which then comes across to the National Mortgage document in the Property Address field.   When I logged into the training site the Property description had the full street address. Will there be an update to reflect this in the live environment or is this affecting a percentage of titles?   Thanks for any replies in advance!   ... View more
