Hi @JackCave  Presently  you have to manually enter an account into each workspace. We are looking to streamline this in the future so it works like you have suggested above where you enter a endor surplus account at a Subscriber level and then autopmatically use it workspacespaces where you handle surplus.   Thanks Amber ... Thanks for you feedback @SArmes  - we will be lifting this restriction in the next release (R11.0.1 in December) so that the Proprietor on Title's representative can send conversations to the Incoming Mortgagee (when there is no Incoming Proprietor in the Workspace) and also to allow the Incoming Proprietor representative to send conversations to the Mortgagee on Title (when there is no Incoming Mortgagee in the Workspace).   This means you will be able to send conversations to the relevant Participant when you are completing transactions such as survivorships, transmissions and part tenancy transfers.   Thanks Amber   ... Does the 'walk through' facility mean that dinosaurs like me can have some assistance in real time on 'what to click next' to achieve the desired result? - Mario Azzopardi Yes thats right, the walk thru will guide you through a transaction in real time.   Can you disable the other side from contacting your bank in the workspace?  We find this very frustrating. - Toni Berrington There are no plans for this at the moment but it is something that we can investigate further in the future. We have tried to enhance the conversations tool so that only the relevant participant gets selected when you select a category.   We have registered and have not conducted any pexa matters as yet.  We have accepted 2 invitations on our dashboard.  Can you let me know how I go about doing the walk throughs as we are completely new to this process?  One is for a sale and one is for a purchase. - Rod Smith Depending on the type of transacton you want to complete there are walk thrus available from the orange Help widget and also on some of the document screens. We’re continually adding new interactive content to the Help widget outside of the release schedule, which means you’ll have access to new help content sooner! The Walk-Thrus are designed to walk you through each step of the process to help you learn how to use the features and accomplish your tasks in PEXA.   You can run a Walk-Thru at any time by accessing them from the Help widget. Clicking the x button closes the Walk-Thru and ends the current Walk-Thru session. Hi Community, We’ve launched a new Help feature which will provide you with easy access to our Help articles and videos. This is based on your feedback to have in-platform help and to avoid clicking between two screens. If you are currently logged into PEXA, please log out and back in to view this feature. To access this new feature, click on the Help icon located to the right of the screen.   A Help slide out will appear and allow you to search for content or navigate through the topics. The video content will appear within the slide out. You can maximise this by clicking on the full screen button on the bottom of the slide out.   Over the coming weeks we’ll be adding guided help to this slide out which will walk you through completing your transactions and managing your PEXA account.    We’re keen to hear your feedback so we can continue to enhance the help feature! Hi Nicola,   The checkboxes are displayed based on role, so.   The DA Sent/Received checklist item is displayed when an MoT is present in the workspace.   The Loan Docs Sent/Received checklist item is displayed when an IM is present in the workspace.   We plan on updating the DA Sent/Received checklist items so they are also visible when an IM is in the workspace and a MoT has not yet joined.   Hope this helps. ... Great feedback - thank you!   We are looking to improve the conversation email notifications so hopefully we can incorporate the 'high importance' and 'requires action' flags as well as standard subjects.  Great suggestions!   The ''requires action' checkbox wont send a notification as the Subscriber will select this when they create/respond to a message.  The email notification is sent when the Subscriber clicks send.    Would it be useful for a notification to be sent to the Subscriber who posted the message when another Subscriber marks it as complete? ... View more

Thanks for your feedback!   To answer your questions:   If an entire Conversation was marked as Complete (option 2), the other party could still add to the conversation thread. Maybe we would have to also include the ability to remove the flag. Alternatively; if someone adds to the thread (option 1) of a Completed Conversation the completed "tick" would remain with the completed item and then the additional thread could also be marked as 'requires action'. This would allow multiple conversation threads to be marked as completed within the one conversation.  ... View more

We are looking to enhance the conversations area of PEXA with the ability to mark conversations as read, complete and unread. To start with we would love to get your feedback about how you are using the conversations and what is the best way to indicate that actions with a conversation has been ‘completed’. We have come up with a couple of options: Option 1: Allows you to mark a conversation as ‘Requiring Action’ as shown below.     When this checkbox is selected, it adds a completed ‘tick’ icon to the message so the recipient can select the icon without actually having to respond. Both parties can then see that the required action has been completed.     Option 2: Allows you to mark an entire conversation as complete rather than the individual threads that have been marked as requiring action (as show in Option 1).     Questions: Do you prefer option 1 or 2? i.e. Is it best to mark individual threads of an email as complete as per option 1 or is it better to mark an entire conversation as complete as per option 2. Should marking a conversation as ‘complete’ generate an email to the sender?   ... View more
