Hi @kennedsh, No, this change only applies to destinations, not sources. Previously the PEXA Workspace ID would prepopulate into this field (e.g. PEXA20782092). But we noticed that most people would overwrite this value with their own Workspace Reference (e.g. 45098 SMITH), so we've just changed the rules to save people some typing. Hi @kennedsh, These are exactly the types of dependencies that are on the chopping block. We want you to be able to do your work (e.g. sign your docs) without having to wait on others. The thing that is tying all the docs into a big knot is Lodgement Verification (LV). More specifically the need for docs to undergo LV before they can be signed. Because the Transfer document takes a while to complete, it holds back LV and as a result the ability to sign other docs. We've done and continue to work on tweaks to untie this knot: Discharge of Mortgage - back in August we updated our rules to allow you to sign your Discharge before it undergoes LV. No more waiting for the Transfer or Stamp Duty. Try it out. (Link to August release notes) Mortgage - we don't allow you to sign your Mortgage before LV. Yet. But from December (release notes above) we will be triggering LV earlier. Specifically no longer waiting for Stamping. This earlier LV will allow you to sign your Mortgage doc sooner. Hi @srenwick, Yes, as @DMc says there's been the option to attach documents to the PEXA Settlement Notifications for just over a month now. We worked with REINSW on the solution, and they've given it their tick of approval, so there's no reason agents should be requesting a separate letter via email. Give the attachments feature a go. Hi @DMc, Glad you like the new feature! Each recipient specified in the recipients section receives their own email, with the PEXA user cc'd. If you enter multiple recipients, they won't be cc'd in each others emails. They just get their own email. On the private setting, this hides the settlement notification from other participants in the workspace. The recipients already get their own emails, so no need to hide these from each other. Hi @Annelie, @stevenmorgan , @TJ, Yes, filtering your Active Dashboard by Workgroup will be coming in release 11.1 (10th Feb). Combined with 'Sticky Filters' this will allow you to focus on just your matters whenever you log in to PEXA. Hi @DMc, I've got some more detail on the Transfer Duty task defect you and others are still experiencing. Turns out that the fix that was deployed on 15 th June (R10.0.1) only applies to Transfer Duty tasks generated after the release (15 th June). The fix doesn't clean up or fix Transfer Duty tasks that were generated prior to the 15 th June. As the Transfer Duty task is generated when the transfer doc is created, any workspaces with Transfers that were created after the release will work fine. If you have a particular Workspace in mind, you can go to: Reports -> Workspace Activity Report ->  Select Workgroup -> Select Workspace(s) This will give you the same entries as on the History screen, but with the addition of which user performed the action. Note: only actions performed by users within your organisation will have the user listed against them. A ctions performed by users from other subscribers will only have the subscriber listed.
