Paper discharge of mortgage Victoria

The scenario is, our client has delivered their paper title and paper discharge (discharge of mortgage is dated 2.9.2015).  The property is not yet sold and as the auction is late August with a 60 day settlement, it's likely to be settling post 1.10.2018.  How do I manage the registration of the discharge of mortgage and conversion of the title to electronic in readiness for the Pexa workspace?  ... I have a sale which was subject to the registration  of a plan of subdivision, which has registered and issued new titles.  This particular sale however is also subject to the issue of a notice and the settlement date is 14 days after issue of the notice.  Can i create a workspace without the settlement date or is it easier to just create the workspace and then change the settlement date when I know the exact date. ... The LTO (Victoria) have decreased their paper caveat fees to $46.30 as of 1 July 2016.  Pexa fees reamin at $52.65 (total) for lodging a caveat.  Does Pexa plan on reviewing their fees to make it more attractive for us to use, given this was one of the selling points? ... View more
