The CBA team are delighted to celebrate 100,000 PEXA transactions! It was just four years ago that we completed the inaugural transaction; a standalone discharge lodged with Land Use Victoria on 18 June 2013.   Our team are now well experienced in completing standalone and refinance transactions through PEXA. Leading the way to 100% digital, we will continue our push to increase the number of property settlements we complete online – we welcome more workspace invitations from other PEXA members!    I’d like to acknowledge and thank the lawyers, conveyancers and other financial institutions who have transacted online with us, helping us to achieve this great milestone.   Moving towards 100% digital property transactions means we’re confidently able to deliver a better experience for our customers. Today I joined industry peers at PEXA’s Office for a Banking Operations Council meeting. While at the PEXAplex I had the opportunity to visit the PEXA Support Centre and meet with PEXA team members.  Listening to a number of customer calls provided me with the opportunity to understand the voice of our practitioners, what we are doing well and areas for improvement. CBA are committed to continuing to work with PEXA and our industry partners to enhance the experience for our practitioners but more importantly our mutual customers.
