We actually do provide a notification banner when account details have been supplied. It displays on the Workspace Summary screen up until the FSS is signed.
In saying that, you will still need to open the workspace to see this message as we have deliberately avoided sending notifications outside of the workspace. e.g. email.
Currently, we have a reminder function that sends a push notification to the client if a bank account request task exists that has not been completed 3 days out from settlement. The notification is auto generated by the system.
There is no functionality for the subscriber to remind the client but we are considering new functionality to allow messaging between you and the client and vice versa.
