Hi Michael,   I have seen this occur when the PC is not automatically running its smart card. To rectify this please try typing services.msc into your start menu and pressing enter, This will open up your services, Scroll down to Smart card and double click, If the Service status is on Stopped, Select Start, OK, Apply. You can also change the startup type: to automatic. This will ensure it stays on. Hi Christina,   A key here is that you are on Version 50 or above and that you have added the Mozilla Firefox extension as per the setup guide.   https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Help-Centre/Installing-the-Digital-Certificate-Software/ba-p/167   If the problem persists I suggest contacting PEXA Support who will be able to remote in to your computer to troubleshoot.   Kind Regards     ...
