Also, a drop down key stating "death certificate" is required in the file upload menu.    Current the files to upload does not contemplate a death certificate.  This needs to be provided to the bank for its consent purposes and for the lawyer signing an Application by Surviving Proprietor.  ... Other parties in the workspace should have "read only" or view permission so that they can see the application they are consenting to.    This would save us having to provide a copy of the application to the mortgagee separately, in order to obtain its consent to the request. ... View more
