Hi team,   we need to register a 'survivorship' application, but the 'surviving' proprietor is actually dead too (died four years after the earlier deceased); we need to then register a Transmission Application to register the Trustees of the 'surviving' proprietor's will.   Will this be a standalone SA, then a standalone TA, or can they be registered in the same workspace as one following the other?    Thanks,    ... Hi team, we have a vendor client who's recently changed his mobile phone number. The PEXA key was sent to his old mobile, but that will become redundant shortly so it needs to go to his new number. I tried to send it to his new number but apparently he hasn't received it. TIA. ... View more

Hi David,   Thanks for the update.   Any idea how long these delays might last?   If you anticipate this will go on for a significant period of time, perhaps you can re-train some of the 90,000 or so (COVID) unemployed Victorians into some roles?   Just sayin...   Thanks for your ongoing support too.   Cheers,  Jennifer  ... @GeorgePolus this is where the sale can't take place in PEXA but the purchase MUST as the purchase doesn't fit within an exclusion. So we have a paper sale settling on Friday (with bank cheques) then have to wait several days for the funds to clear into PEXA for the purchase settlement. So we have a vendor homeless for several days AND paying penalty interest! ... View more

Why is it that the PEXA exemption doesn't apply to a purchase settlement where the sale can't be settled in PEXA?? Surely I can't be the only one caught up in this? The sale can't settle in PEXA (for reasons far too convoluted for this forum - just trust me, it can't). However, the purchase (apparently) MUST settle in PEXA as it doesn't fit within any of the exclusions. So, the client has to settle their sale in paper then wait several (homeless) days until the funds clear into the PEXA workspace to settle their purchase; paying accommodation and/or penalties all the while.  Outrageous!!! ... NAB just changed a payout figure for a 12.30pm settlement - by a couple of thousand dollars - 18 MINUTES BEFORE SETTLEMENT with a simultaneous trailing settlement in the mix. So much for 10am final figures (which is bad enough) - NAB and the other BIG BANKS are out of control... back to paper for me! ... View more

Wasting my entire Friday morning chasing NAB for a DM payout figure, ANZ for source funds confirmation and other practitioner for linked settlement FSS signing. No conversation responses and no phone help...it's 11am and these are all settling at 2pm. The Transfer Guidelines are a joke!!! ... View more
