Hi @Krissy_Pyne We have asked Land Services SA this question and received the following response: Thank you for contacting Land Services SA. For electronic lodgements, only the primary subscriber will receive the CoR. Please liaise with them to obtain a copy of the CoR. We understand that in the electronic environment, that as one of several parties to the transaction, you may not receive the Confirmation of Registration. We have heard the concerns of the industry over the past few weeks and we have already been working on a solution – knowing this would be an issue when e-conveyancing was mandated. The LSSA solution would involve: a new product - a Buyer Registration - so that all new owners would have the option to be issued a certificate from LSSA confirming their purchase and the details of the purchase. We anticipate that this will be ready in time for the official mandating date of August 3rd and if we are able to do it earlier, we will. As a practitioner, you would be able to arrange to opt in or out of the new product for your client. In the meantime, there is the option to order the existing Title Details product from SAILIS at $10.70.
