The scenario is:- We act for the Registered Proprietor. The Mortgagee is a private company. The Mortgagee's solicitor delivered the original CoT and signed Discharge of Mortgage to this office in Oct 17. We are now ready to lodge and the Discharge of Mortgage is the only transaction taking place. Can I unilaterally lodge the Discharge of Mortgage through PEXA without inviting the representative for the Discharging Mortgagee?
