any chance you can put the notification ALERT for a new conversation/message on the workspace for the matter, right next to the name, on the Dashboard. Currently I get an email notification to advise a new conversation/message has been received, for instance, on the 'Smith sale', but by the time I close the email , answer a phone call, then go to PEXA, I have totally forgotten which of my many matters the conversation related to. I then have to go back to the email to see which matter it was and start over again. anyone else having this same problem?
