With the deadline for standalone transfers, would a cash purchase from clear Title (unencumbered) be considered stand alone? If you have a paper Title, do you have to do PEXA? What will happen if we do still settle in paper after March 1 for cash to clear - will the documents be able to be lodged? Thanks Erin
