Hi @ghammer    For refinance scenario, each subscriber is responsible for their own PEXA service fee.   The exception is if it is a Fast Refinance, in which case the Incoming Mortgagee covers both subscriber's service fees.   ... View more

Standalone mortgage

Hi We are having issues lodging a second mortgage with only one registered proprietor as the mortgagor. We were advised by the LTO that we can mortgage the estate and interest of the joint tenant concerned but we were unsuccessful in lodging it with PEXA. Does this mean that we can still lodge it in paper?   Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance   Grace ... View more
