Hello, I act for the husband in a matrimonial matter. Pursuant to Court Orders, a property in joint names is being transferred to my client. In the PEXA workspace, I act for the husband as one of the proprietors on title (with the wife separately represented) and as the incoming proprietor. The PEXA fee schedule indicates that my client must pay a PEXA fee in his capacity as a proprietor on title and as the incoming proprietor. The wife also has to pay a fee. Is this correct? Why does my client have to pay double fees? Thanks.

Hi all I have a settlement scheduled today at 2:00pm. All documents have been signed including the financial settlement schedule, and the workspace is showing "Ready" in both the Lodgment and Financial Settlement sections. However, there is a Notification produced this morning that says: Lodgement Verification result for your Document was received with Warnings. If I then go into the Documents section and click on the Transfer, it shows "Successful" with a yellow exclamation mark (!) next to it. When I click on the document, it shows the following: 1 Warning(s) Instrument 2 (TRANSFER) does not have an accompanying Duty Assessment ID. The Stamp Duty verification has been successful and the DutyTransaction ID is listed on the Transfer when I view it. How do I rectify this warning? Thanks.
