Would you be able to advise the error message that you are receiving when entering the Plan number so that I can investigate further.
For reference, below are the steps to order the Plan document as a standalone order
Login into PEXA Plus
Go to Marketplace > New Search
Enter the address and Matter Reference
Select the Copy of Plan-Deposited Plan product and the provider
And enter the data without the Plan type as a suffix.
e.g. I have the title reference as 5/775888 so please enter plan number as 775888
