Hi @meagandv To complete an application to replace a lost or destroyed title, you will need to open a workspace representing the POT. Once you've completed your client's details and check the title info, go to documents and select "Other Documents." If you start typing " ACTION - APPLICATION - REPLACE LOST OR DESTROYED CERTIFICATE OF TITLE" it should come up. Once you select this residual document, you attach your complete application (Section 31 form, statutory declarations, etc) as a PDF in the files section.
