We are looking to register a Caveat on Title in NSW in a Family Law situation. We represent a party who is not a registered proprietor on Title and wish to protect her interests by way of a Caveat, pending resolution of Family Law Property Settlement. At this early stage of proceedings, there are no Court Orders or Agreement upon which the parties rely. The Estate claimed scenarios in the workspace do not seem to fit our scenario. Can anyone provide some guidance on what selections are best suited to this situation.
