Hi, Executor on title following transmission. 2 beneficiaries nominated in the Will. Executor will now transfer to 1 beneficiary only pursuant to an agreement between the 2 beneficiaries. Questions: What is the appropriate transaction type? Related Party Transfer / Other Transfer? If the later, it is Transfer of Interest? In the above scenario where the Executor is also the transferee beneficiary,  there will be duty assessment (outside of s42). Anything notable to ensure when completing PEXA workspace in this regard? Hi,   Just want to check, when acting for Vendor (unencumbered), and all proceeds of settlement to go direct to vendor's nominated account. All that needs to be done is to enter: - the relevant banking account details; and - the amount to be paid in Payment Directions and under the Vendor Destination Line Items, correct?    How do we know that the Vendor has received the funds?   TIA. ... Acting for both purchaser and nominee.   Purchaser lodged purchaser's caveat.   At settlement, purchaser's caveat needs to be withdrawn.    Tried to add myself as participant in the transfer workspace for the purchaser but unable to do so.   Can withdrawal be effected in the same workspace with the transfer? Hi,   Just need a clarification on the Financial Settlement Schedule.   Say the total due to vendor per adjustment is $100,000.00 Vendor's Destination Line Items exceeds this amount - say $150,000.00 Purchaser Destination Line Items is $10,000.00 (inc PEXA fees, stamp duty, transfer fees, professional fees)   Vendor is providing source funds of $50,000.00   Would the total funds required to settle be: $160,000.00 (being  Vendor's Destination Line Items + Purchaser Destination Line Items )  OR also matches the total Destination Funds   -OR- $110,000.00 (being total due to Vendor per adjustment +  Purchaser Destination Line Items) - because the total required to settle from the purchaser's end should only this amount?     Also, what happens if there are destination funds required to balance (from incoming mortgagee)?     Thank you.     ...
