Transfer from Company Title

Hi,   We recently acted on the conversion of an apartment block from company to strata title. We are now in the process of transferring the newly created lots to individual owners.   The Transfer has been stamped pursuant to s64 of the Duties Act with nominal duty of $50 paid.    When I create the Transfer in PEXA, the options for a Transfer with NIL consideration are as follows:   as regards a deed of assignment as regards a deed of partition as regards a court order as regards an inter-generational assignment a change in manner of holding The last of these seems the most applicable to me, though when I enter the Stamp Duty information it will not verify, and I am still being prompted in the 'tasks' tab to complete the Transfer   Any assistance is greatly appreciated.    Regards   Garth       ... Issue with Transfer - Mixture of Joint Tenants and...

I am acting for purchasers on a PEXA transaction where the tenancy is as follows: "Party A and Party B as joint tenants as to 50% and Party A and Party C as joint tenants as to 50%".   When creating the Transfer document on PEXA, I am prompted to select tenants in common or joint tenants, There does not appear to be any scope for  mix of tenancies, as is the case here.    I am surprised by this lack of functionality as it does not strike me as a terribly unusual situation, so perhaps I am missing something.    Any advice or assistance is greatly appreciated   Kind Regards   Garth  ...
