We are having a similar problem and put a call into Revenue NSW to request they update their system.  Their system shows it is paid but is not carrying though to PEXA. The representative indicated she had several similar calls. Can PEXA investigate the problem?  ... View more

I agree that it is a big inconvenience  - especially for simple lodgements  which we would normally pay fees from a general /office account. It opens a whole new new raft of responsibilities - providing trust statements to clients etc.... I hope that this is put under reviewand the contractual framework for Subscribers gets an overhaul (its not a true 'settlement' - its a mere lodgement!) . ... View more

Can you pls confirm if this response is applicable in NSW? Where is the title deed is sent? How does Land Registry know where to send it? Can we elect to have it sent to solicitor/conveyancer or direct to purchaser? There is noting in the guidebooks about this ... View more
