Dear team, Our client purchases an 'off plan' property with an unregistered SP. Could you tell me how to obtain the PEXA transfer number for the Stamping? As purchaser's solicitor, can we set up a PEXA workplace without a registered SP. (P.S. the land is combined by two current land.) So, do we need to inform the Vendor's solicitor and ask them to open a parent PEXA workplace for all new lots? After that, we can have the transfer number for Stamping? Thank you! Don.
