I have a pending NSW Transfer where my client owns a 1/2 share as tenant in common in her maiden surname, and is buying the other 1/2 share in her married surname. I have a pending NSW settlement involving an Auto-Consol issued 19/5/2010  where 6 of the 7 Lots comprised in the Auto-Consol are being transferred to my 5 separate Purchasers (one Purchaser is taking 2 Lots). The Vendor wishes to retain one Lot. My questions are: 1. Can the financial settlement matter proceed in PEXA? 2. If so, can the Vendor create CoRD Consents in PEXA without the need to produce the Auto-Consol CT at Registry NSW? 3. If the Vendor does have to produce the Auto-Consol CT at Registry NSW, does it need to be accompanied by a Request Form 11R?   ... View more
