Hi, I feel it would be incredibly beneficial if solicitors would upload cheque directions or a settlement statement to the workspace for a purchase. We've had many examples recently whereby the 'Funds required to settle' in the FSS has not been completed, or if it has, it often doesn't match the figures in the destinations tab, which makes it incredibly difficult to have the workspace in a ready status early. This would also indicate that the customer has been informed of the shortfall amount required, as often we hold authority however there are insufficient funds held in the nominated account. This leads to last minute stress and a negative customer experience.
