Hi Karen In NSW, Electronic Duties Returns (EDR) assessments are completed via one of the approved providers (ie: InfoTrack, GlobalX, SAI, Hazletts & TriSearch). When doing a PEXA settlement, follow these steps to complete stamp duty: (please note you need to have created the Transfer in Documents screen first) 1. Navigate to Stamp Duty screen in PEXA workspace, taking note of Lodgement Case ID # 2. On another browser window, access EDR and on the question that asks "Is this a PEXA settlement" (or something similar), select 'Yes' 3. Enter PEXA Lodgement Case ID # 4. Complete and order your EDR assessment, taking note of the OSR reference number 5. Return to PEXA workspace and Stamp Duty screen 6. Click on big blue button Enter Duty Information 7. Input OSR Reference number (2nd box is for -001 component) and click Save 8. You should soon see Stamp Duty successfully verified. Hope this helps! I am sure one of your staff Theresa Ting walked me through a stamp duty when we first registered with Pexa as I did not have access to stamping. An OSR Transaction ID was issued to continue.
