Hi Thaqalain, Thanks for the great questions and apologies no one has answered your questions before now. No you don't need to have a diploma to be eligible for this course. It has been built to cater for licensed conveyancers, lawyers and their staff who will all be responsible for carrying out transactions in PEXA and covers both legislation and hands on training. The cost for the courses depends on if you are a member of the AIC or not and the price for each course can be found at the AIC National website www.aicnational.com.au Courses are run both in CBD and rural locations and if you have or know a group who are interested in completing these courses please contact Rosemary who will organise the training in your preferred location. Duration is 2.5 hours for the legislation component which is run in the morning and the PEXA platform training is another 2.5 hours which are generally run in the afternoon. Unfortunately I cannot answer the last question except to say by having undertaken this course and attained the ECA accreditation, prospective employees will know you have an in-depth knowledge of both the Model Participation Rules and the PEXA platform which can only enhance your resume. I hope this answers your questions. Regards Wayne
