Hello @KRLEGAL,   Title searches are delivered automatically from the service providers so they appear within seconds on the Orders page.  Council property searches can take a few days to be delivered as per usual process.   Would love to hear what you think    Many thanks! Hi @Sam1,   We have a new product called PEXA Plus which is currently in pilot.  The Summary page displays widgets containing aggregated information on workspaces in different ways.  We aim to build out a catalogue of widgets which you can choose and customise your own dashboard view.  Is this something that could help you?  We have noticed your law firm has been activated for the pilot.  To give it a try, go to the Apps menu when you log into PEXA exchange (the 9 boxes on the top right hand side) and select PEXA Plus from the menu.  If there are any issues, accessing, please email me: krystle.kocik@pexa.com.au   If we didn't understand your query correctly, can you please elaborate?   Thank you, Krystle   ... Hi @Yvette,   One thing that comes to mind is that you may have pop ups blocked which is preventing you from viewing the files.  When you click to view, have a look on the top right hand section of your browser and see if you there is an indicator for pop ups being blocked (usually a red circle with a strike through it).  If you click on it and select to allow pop ups, try to view again and see if this works.   If this is not working, can you please email me your workspace id? Hi @BytheBay,   SettleMe is still restricted to individuals and does not yet include companies.  We are hoping that the simplified registration process addresses the biggest pain point we were hearing - that the previous registration process was cumbersome as Subscribers had to invite their clients outside of PEXA.  The latest changes do not impact existing users and their accounts.  Just a side note - the old registration process still exists in case existing Subscribers prefer this way.    We have commenced work on a new concept for SettleMe and we'd love to get you involved.  Our team will contact you separately very soon if that's OK?   Thanks, Krystle ... Hi all!  Good news, we've resolved the issue for @Elena ... just to share in case anyone else has this issue.  If you are using this capability for the first time (or in a different browser) and have this issue, check that 'pop-ups' are not disabled.    In chrome for example - select 'always allow pop-ups from...' and click Done.  Screenshot example below.  This will then allow you to view/upload a file.   Thank you! Hi @DMc,   If you turn your mobile sideways, it will render in a better way.  We weren't sure if lawyers/conveyancers would use SettleMe on their mobile so did a light weight responsive solution.    Just to let you know... we are in the process of making some changes to SettleMe.  One that is coming up very soon is a simplified registration process for your clients.  It will mean that you no longer need to send them a separate email to register for SettleMe and provide the workspace ID.  The change is that when you create your client as a party in the workspace, a new tick box will be visible which asks if you would like PEXA to send your client a email to register.  If you tick the box, when a Transfer is created, PEXA will automatically send an email to your client with a unique URL.  When your client clicks that link, all they will need to do is create a password for the account and then we will automatically link their account to the workspace.  Very easy!  The current registration process will still exist if you prefer.   Do you think this will be useful?   Thank you! Hi @SoniaR,   Good thinking!  There is a way you could do this now with existing offerings.  You could add those details as a task to a client who has registered for SettleMe e.g. "Send required funds to bsb: XXXXXX, account #XXXXX". You could do this either through default tasks (so the task always appears as a for your clients who register) or manually add a task per client who registers.  Have you used SettleMe before?  Does this sound like something that could work?   Thank you, Krystle ... Hi @goolwaconveyancing,   We are working on a software change so that you can share an uploaded file with a Subscriber who has a 'pending invitation'.  That means that when that Subscriber accepts the invitation, they will automatically have access to the file that was shared with them.  They won't be able to access it until they accept the invite.  This will be in Release 7.1 which is due Feb 2018.  Hopefully this will help!   Thanks, Krystle   ... Hi @DMc,   Thanks for sending through the details.  We haven't catered for the scenario in SettleMe where there is just a lot # and no street # in PEXA.  This information unfortunately is not being passed to SettleMe and is causing the 'null' being displayed.  We are working on a solution to cater for this scenario.   I definitely agree that there will be ways to auto accept tasks for clients based on information in PEXA.  I also agree we need to make it more seamless for practitioners to manage client invitations to SettleMe and associated tasks from within PEXA rather then jumping to a different system.  The team are working on technical changes which will give us the opportunity to make this more seamless.  I have added these to our product backlog so we can address them as we start enhancing SettleMe.   Thank you for your feedback! Hi @DMc,   Thank you for sending through the feedback!   Can you please email me the workspace ID so I can have a look at the null issue to work out what happened?  krystle.kocik@pexa.com.au The address does usually update in SettleMe if it is updated in PEXA so i'll need to see if there is a bug somewhere - thank you for alerting us to this.   Regarding tasks - the way SettleMe has been designed, the tasks for clients are set up by the practitioner on their SettleMe practitioner portal.  This can either be done at an overall level - default tasks (so it applies to all buyers or all sellers) OR tasks can be completely switched off (if the practitioner doesn't want to manage tasks)  OR managed at an individual client level.  It looks like in this example that the tasks came from the default task category.  Do you actively manage these?  I'm happy to help set these up for you if you'd like generic tasks?   I agree it would be great to automatically link through to PEXA outstanding tasks - in some instances though we don't know if certain things have occurred as we don't capture this information (e.g. client authorisation form - but if this is always complete before you create a workspace, then you can switch this off for all of your clients).  When we do the next refresh of SettleMe, we'll look at how we can tie some of the SettleMe tasks to PEXA actions and auto complete.   Based on your experience with SettleMe, do you find the task capability useful? i.e. ability to assign tasks to customers?   Thanks! Hi Jon,   Thank you for your query.   Representative subscriber information is not required for creation of workspace.  If a match is not found then the Projects dashboard will report that the data was incorrect.  The rep subscriber information is optional and won't prevent a workspace from being created.  The information can be included in a subsequent load. It is required if you want to make use of the 'bulk invitation' capability.   The brochure is a misprint and we will rectify it - thank you for bringing it to our attention.   For the sample .csv, I can get one of our team members to get in touch with you to ensure Projects is right for your organisation and transactions.  Can you please send me an email so I have your contact details and we'll get someone to contact you?  krystle.kocik@pexa.com.au   Thank you! Hi PEXA Community Members!   I’m doing some research on how we can extend PEXA to give you different ways of accessing workspace information & tasks so you don’t have to always be at your desk or on the laptop.    For a PEXA settlement, what information or tasks would you need ‘on the go’ access to via a phone or ipad?   Are there any apps that you currently use on your phone or ipad that help you do your day-to-day work?   I have already seen some insightful posts and great suggestions on this topic (thanks @goolwaconveyancing @GB1 @DMc)   Looking forward to hearing your ideas!   Thanks, Krystle Product Owner ... Hi @LawyersConveyancing,   I can definitely see it would be frustrating to enter all of the party details in a workspace only for it to not proceed because of a declined invitation.  Just thinking through options - could you enter basic client information (enough for the bank to identify their customer) in the 'notes' section of the invite or customer account/loan # so that when the bank receives the invitation, they could use that to look up the customer information in their system and then accept?   Thank you, Krystle PEXA Product Owner         ... Hi @MarcusLiley,   Great suggestion!  Our product road map does include expanding the checklist capability that was launched recently for Discharge Authority to also include the status of Loan Documents.  Have you used the Discharge Authority checklist by chance? (located on the Workspace Summary screen when an Mortgagee on Title is involved).  If so, if this was expanded to include the status of Loan Documents when an Incoming Mortgagee is involved (i.e. IM indicates that Loan Documents have been received and checked), do you think this would help?   Thank you, Krystle PEXA Product Owner ... Since launching the new ‘Files’ menu on April 3rd,  over 1000 files have already been uploaded and shared.    The new feature, allowing you to upload and share files between workspace participants, was built in direct response to your feedback.  Discharge Authority, Statement of Adjustments and Title Search files make up the top 3 highest uploads.  This has been adopted with resounding success!   And we’re not finished. Some upcoming features include: Ability to edit details of a file as well as change sharing option after upload Send a notification if a file has been shared with you Audit information in the ‘History’ menu when a file has been uploaded, edited or deleted We would love to hear your feedback or suggestions on how we could enhance the Files capability – we’re listening. Hi Michael,   Phase 1 of the capability will allow upload and sharing of files with participants of a workspace only.  This does not include files being sent to the Land Registries as part of a lodgement case/electronic document (e.g. supporting evidence).     We are certainly planning to extend this capability to allow files to be sent to the Land Registries however this does have a dependency on when each of the Land Registries will be able to accept these electronically.  We are working with the Land Registries on a roadmap for these types of document and how they are to be included into PEXA.  Once this is finalised, the roadmap will be circulated with the wider industry.   I hope this answers your question? Hi Kathryn ( @KathrynOswald ),   Thank you for your post! All feedback and comments on our products are very valuable to help us improve them.  I have put a few comments alongside your points to give context to some of the design decisions we have made.  When designing SettleMe, particularly the Buyer/Seller capability, we engaged a group of Buyers and Sellers who had recently purchased/sold or who were in the market – they helped inform our design.   1.  In the client setting up their profile they were asked multiple questions about themselves and the property, which could result in client's putting the set-up into the 'to hard' basket.    There are two key reasons why we ask these questions as part of set up.  The first –for privacy reasons, it is important for us to have a level of certainty that the person registering to track their settlement should have access to this information.  That’s why we ask for the first name, surname and date of birth.  When we then ask for the workspace ID, SettleMe does a check in PEXA to make sure the person registering exists in that workspace and all elements match.  The second reason is around targeting notifications so that they make sense the context of the transaction.  So for example, if the property type selected is ‘My Home’, we will send notifications which are in the context of it being your home (or moving into your new home) as opposed to a property type of ‘Investment Property’ where the notification content will be different.  I hope this clarifies?      2.  When setting up the client's profile, the Workspace ID section is on the second page, if this is wrong or there is an issue with it, the client has wasted time entering in all the other information.    We performed user testing on the stages of registration and it was strongly advised we follow the ‘tell us about you', ‘tell us about your transaction’ flow to be consistent with a typical registration process.  If a user does not have a workspace ID or there is an issue, they can select ‘Continue without adding a property’ at the bottom of the page (which means they  have registered and can add their workspace ID at a later stage).  It might be a good idea for us to put this option higher in the page so it is more prominent – I’ll add this to our design update list – thank you!   3.  Tasks for the specific workspace can't be set-up until a client has registered, resulting in the client not seeing accurate tasks upon completing their registration, which would come across as unprofessional to a client.     We have been keen to get feedback on the order of client registration and when a practitioner is able to assign tasks.  One of the feedback items we had early on from Conveyancers was to try and make this as simple as possible and minimise unnecessary work.  We chose this design path because the practitioner does not always know if the client will end up registering for SettleMe.  We didn’t want to clutter the SettleMe practitioner view with workspaces and client information for people who won’t end up registering.  Once we get more usage, we are keen to see how we can better streamline this.  Thank you for your feedback – this is noted!   4. The log-in registration doesn't ask for the full name of the person.   The registration asks for first name and surname only.  We found that middle name was not always populated in PEXA so we did not want to add another point of potential set up failure for the buyer or seller.   5. The confirmation email to the client that their profile is set-up is very poorly worded and confusing to clients.    Thank you for the feedback – we will reword this in a near future release.   Questions   1. If there is multiple proprietors, can they set-up their own log-in? Yes they can.  As long as they are a party in PEXA and are associated to the Transfer, they can register for their own account and start tracking their settlement.   2. How can a Power of Attorney person set up a log-in for them to view the matters? We currently do not cater for Power of Attorneys.  It is on our roadmap however I am unable to give you a timeframe at this stage.  Once we firm up dates, I’ll put a post on the community.   Suggestions 1.  Allow the Subscriber to allocate a password to the client that they can change after their initial log-in, making registration simple for clients.  We are most certainly thinking along these lines for future releases of the SettleMe product.  We are considering how we can tie this more closely to PEXA and potentially have the practitioner trigger this registration process for the client from PEXA (which initiates a temporary password for the client).    2.  Allow emails to be customised fully by the subscriber.  As the SettleMe notifications are sent from PEXA as an organisation, we do need to be the custodians of the content being sent.  Unfortunately, this enhancement is unlikely to progress at the moment.   3.  Permit tasks to be set-up per client before the subscriber sends the invitation to the client.  I will add this to design update list and validate as we get more volume and feedback.   Thank you again for your post.  I will keep you up to date on progress.   We are keen to hear from other practitioners too. We welcome all comments on SettleMe features and encourage you to post below or ‘like’ Kathryn or Garth’s posts if you agree with their suggestions   Best regards,  Krystle SettleMe Product Owner ...
