Is there a way to delay the notifications to client confirming settlement has been effected?  By 2 or so minutes?  This gives the Conveyancer/Solicitor time to actually notify their client and continue with a client relationship.  Thank you. ... View more

We too complete our adjustments within LEAP solely for the purposes of obtaining the water usage as PEXA's system does not accommodate for this function.  Would be a great feature in the future to improve efficiency. ... View more

We understand that under the PEXA Houses of Operation, the Financial Settlement Availability on 5 August 2019 being the NSW Bank Holiday is reduced to 4:00 pm.   Are all banks able to transact on this day or are we required to liasie with all to confirm their availability? Thank you. ... View more

Certifications and Document Signing

Hi Team,   We have a settlement scheduled for 12:00 noon however have just picked up the following errors when signing off.    The Certification states:     " Certifications: SHIRE LEGAL certifies that all financial information in the financial settlement schedule is accurate. SHIRE LEGAL hereby agrees to the financial settlement schedule details listed in this statement and agree to the fees that will be charged as a result of this settlement transaction. SHIRE LEGAL understands that if the settlement time is extended during the settlement run due to a delay, this document will not automatically become unsigned. A user will then be able to stop settlement in the financial settlement schedule if they wish."   Destination Financial Items entered by the Purchaser's Conveyancer are included within our Certification.  We can't sign off as we not liable for any details entered incorrectly by the Purchaser's Conveyancer.  These line items were entered as a "Third Party Beneficiary".   This also becomes an error within the Document Signing page.  As follows:   "These are the destination line items that have been created by your organisation. Please confirm the details are correct and consistent with your instructions before signing."   We are unable to confirm these details are correct and consistent with our instructions as we did not enter these line items.   Please advise next steps as we do not take responsibility for this and will not be able to sign off for today's settlement. Thank you. ... View more

Can I please recommend a feature for when entering destination items which requests the subscriber to enter the reference for BPAY details etc on two separate occasions.  If the details are entered correctly on both occasions, it will allow you to save the line item.  If the details you entered are incorrect and don't match, it will have you enter the number again until they have been entered correctly twice.  This removes the room for error especially with BPAY references that are over 20 characters long.  Thank you. ... Rather than having to check the community for an update on the delay, can we suggest that a notification is provided within each workspace (either by way of conversation or a banner) to note the delay.  You could even have within this notification a link to one community post and all users can be updated accordingly.  Thank you. ...
