Hi, Scenario: Husband owns the property solely under his name. I'm adding his wife to the title of their principal place of residence as tenants in common in equal shares. No money is changing hands. Questions: 1. Would you mark the Transfer as 'without monetary consideration and change in manner of holding'? 2. In the Transfer section its mandatory that I insert a market value. Since this type of transaction is exempt from duty in NSW, I do not require a valuation. Can I just estimate the market value so that I can insert a value? Or is there something else I can type in to fill this section?
