I'm trying to find a setting whereby I can change where the PEXA invoices are sent to.  They are currently emailed to my senior manager but I want to have them emailed through to me as the accounts manager.  I cannot find a setting to change the email address just for this purpose.   ... View more

We are incoming Mortgagee on a transaction where the NSW property is being transferred from mother to son.  Mortgage A will be released.  Mortgage B is remaining. Mortgage C (our mortgage) will then be lodged.  Post settlement we will lodge paper Postponement of Mortgage at NSW Land Registry to change the priority of the mortgages on title to Mortgage C first and Mortgage B second.   Can this transaction occur in PEXA ? ...
