Help! My mobile is damaged and I can't get into the phone to unpair the device from PingID. I downloaded the app onto another iphone but its asking for the QR scan or to manually enter the pairing key which I can't get as when I log into PEXA its asking for PING ID. How do I get PEXA to disable the multi authentication process so I can start the process again? As unpairing the mobile is not an option as I can no longer access the app on that mobile phone as its damaged. I can't set up a new mobile OR on the desktop as PEXA access is waiting for a PING ID so I need to disable this so I can restart the authentication process from a new device/desktop.
