Hi @jemimamorgan    Thank you for your question.   My understanding is that a NSW Mortgage of Lease is not yet available to be lodged electronically through PEXA or via the Phase 1 Residual Documents process.   I note your comments regarding LRS advising you this document is able to be lodged through PEXA, possibly via the Phase 2 Residual Documents process, however can you kindly email the NSWLRS eConveyancing Team (econveyancingnsw@nswlrs.com.au) for further information/guidance.   Kind regards   Vera Hanna ... Hi @JULIEDAVIS    Thank you for your question.    Transfer Granting Easement in NSW is not a mandated document, please see ORG's Schedule of eDealings here - https://www.registrargeneral.nsw.gov.au/property-and-conveyancing/eConveyancing/schedule-of-edealings    As such, you can lodge in paper with NSW LRS or use the Residual Documents Process through PEXA. Hi @Jasmine22    Thank you for your question.   I assume you are referring to the Settlement Statement in the Adjustments & Payments tab, please correct me if not.   Unfortunately, there is no way to change the Purchase price amount here as the system is picking this information up from only one of the Transfers. Please note that the Adjustments Calculator and Settlement Statement are optional in PEXA and will not affect the settlement if they do not reflect the correct values. Hi @NicWray    A Request can be lodged via the  NSW COVID-19 Temporary Lodgement Option of Paper Dealings through PEXA.  The COVID-19 Residual Lodgement process enables paper documents to be sent through to NSW LRS via a PEXA Workspace as a document in PDF format. Hi @Yvette    Thanks for your query.    You do not need to withdraw the Purchaser's caveat so long as it is a Purchaser's caveat.
