Our client gave a mortgage over their property as additional security on their son's loan. The son's property was sold and our client's mortgage to Westpac was discharged in a workspace that we created but could not participate in to provide details of where the Certificate of Title should be delivered. Whom do we contact to retrieve the Certificate of Title?
