I have a matter where I am acting for both Vendor and Purchaser - Client has presented with Paper Discharge of Mortgage dated 2/6/2007. eCT has since issued to ANZ Bank. There will be an Incoming Mortgagee. Do I need to discharge the Mortgage first, and if so how? or can it be done on PEXA at same time as Transfer by inviting ANZ and uploading Discharge????
