Hi, I have come across the same problem. I think it is incredibly unfair when it is a related parties transaction and PEXA is effectively double dipping with their fees. The same clients are lodging another transfer over the counter as it is not stand alone and the agency fees are a quarter the PEXA fees. It will be a hard one to explain the disbursements when we need to issue the final bill.
