Who is responsible for PEXA overall and to which Government Minister can complaints be made about the system? A client whose home settled last Friday at 12.00 midday is still waiting to receive his funds. They are virtually out on the street. The Pexa people cannot talk to the non Pexa people, the Banks cannot talk to Pexa apparently and vice versa, the Solicitors believe they have done all that is required and probably have.   When there is a problem such as this all participants do not seem to be able to resolve the problem. The solicitor says the funds have been sent, Pexa say they have sent the funds. The Bank says they have not received the funds. In this case we need PEXA to advise on the case to the vendor and state the time frame of what has transpired and as to where the mistakes have been made.   Back to my question I would like PEXA to get on the front foot and contact me re this case to make sure the vendor gets his funds and secondly to advise as to what has gone wrong. And to provide the relevant Government details as to where formal complaints may be lodged. ... View more
