Good morning, We are acting for a purchaser of a commercial premises. The purchase Contract comprises both a freehold Transfer of a folio identifier title and a Transfer of leasehold with registered lease which need to be transferred at settlement. Are we able to transfer both the freehold and leasehold using PEXA? And if so, do we need to make an additional workspace for the transfer of lease or can we use the same workspace as the purchase file. Thanks
