We have a family law client and his ex wife has a half share interest in two properties as joint proprietors. Can we lodge a Caveat over just her half share or do we just lodge a Caveat over the whole property. It doesn't give me any options in the Caveat workspace to register it over her half share. ... Hi there Our firm is in Victoria and we have a client who has multiple properties in NSW and we need to lodge an Application by Surviving Proprietor. The titles are all in joint names as joint tenants. In Victoria it is just a simple ASP application is this the same in NSW?? it looks like it is a bit of a different process. Hi there We are acting for a married couple who are changing the manner of holding on their Title from Joint proprietors to Tenants in Common. There is a mortgage and i am waiting for them to accept the workspace so i can finalise the lodgement instructions.
