Hello.  I have been asked to lodge a caveat on behalf of 2 joint proprietors who are tenants in common with another party 127/200 shares (other party has 73/200 shares).  There are 2 titles.  I can see that I can lodge the caveat over both titles, but I am unsure how to proceed when creating the party correctly.  I can only seem to create a party for a single individual.  The caveat needs to be lodge to protect both joint proprietors interests.   Many thanks/. ... Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere - I have looked.  I am wondering whether it is still the case that the NOA has to be manually generated for sending to council/rated authorities after a transmission application to an executor has been processed via PEXA. There is no NOA generated via PEXA during this process.  Do we have to send to Land Use Victoria/SRO or is it still the case that they have determined that one is not required for their purposes. The SRO smart form NOA doesn't work very well in for council notification etc in these instances.   Thanks in advance. ... View more
