We have a situation where our client died just prior to the sale of her property. The purchaser's rep has already created their workspace and the incoming mortgagee is also part of the workspace. We are not part of that workspace due to the death of our client and the knowledge that a transmission application would be required before settlement. We now wish to lodge the transmission application to an executor however when I validate the land title reference I am asked whether I would like to join the current workspace, which I do not. I want a separate workspace. How do I move around this? Do I have to select a different role other than as incoming proprietor as that has already been selected by the proposed purchaser.
