Hi there, I have a client who is joint tenants on title with his former wife. I understand that it is possible to unilaterally sever the joint tenancy resulting in the parties becoming tenants in common. Only our client is represented in this matter, Is it possible for this transaction to be done on PEXA? Or does it still need to be done via paper?
