If anyone is playing along at home, I called PEXA support and they confirmed that individual caveats can be withdrawn by creating a new workspace for the withdrawal that only affects the invidual CT that you want withdrawn. Re warnings - they are handled by state Land Services but there is no reason to assume they cannot be warned individually
