We are transferring a number of properties from one NFP organisation to another NFP organisation as part of their merger. I have set up the PEXA workspace as non monetary. It then asks for the Market Value. We do not have the Market value for these properties (13 properties). What is the purpose of this question, is it just for data purposes? This will be lodged for complex assessment by DOL and the DOL forms allow me to enter a $0.00 value.
