It is still currently the case whereby you are only able to link workspaces if you are a Participant in both to be linked. This is definitely an ongoing conversation we are having here about how we could look at improving that aspect of workspaces. In regards to Source Funder, you are correct as this is a function that allows a financial institution (or its representative, ie Panel Member) to be invited in to a workspace to provide funds. However this function does not influence linked settlements. For more details on this please visit; https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Help-Centre/Source-funder-role-Help-Centre/ba-p/4284 Currently either you representing the purchaser will need to be invited in to the sale workspace, or vice versa for the firm representing the same client as Vendor to be invited in to your workspace, to be able to link the two matters.
