If we receive advice that a Positive Title Activity has taken place which shows that the Mortgage registered at the time of creating the workspace has been released and a new mortgage registered, will the new mortgage information automatically populate when preparing the Priority Notice (post registration of new Mortgage)?  At the moment despite receiving a PTA regarding the new mortgage, the old mortgage information is still appearing when I create the Priority Notice.  Do I have to edit myself? ... I'm new to PEXA.  We act for the Seller in Queensland.  I have entered our clients current address and the address of the property on the Party page.  When I go to "Transferor Details" on the documents screen no address is showing and no drop down list to select a future address for our client.  What am I doing wrong? ...
