We are acting for a purchaser and also have an Incoming Mortgagee. Transfer is by local council so would normally have to be done a s a paper settlement. All parties have agreed to do on PEXA under the temporary process in place for NSW Residual Documents. Do we invite the Councils legal representative to the workspace as Proprietor Title (the council is the Vendor but not the Registered Proprietor) or To Deal With an Interest, noting that we have a financial settlement and they will need to add destinantion line items?
