They said that the PEXA USB was not valid/operational, so they couldn't finalise the settlement. I am the seller. What should I do? I have asked the buyer for the settlement extension, and 5 business days extension has been granted. However, I am not sure the settlement agent will receive the new USB from PEXA (Melbourne office) in-time, and I am afraid the settlement could be failed again. What should I do?
