We act for a purchaser and we have registered a priority notice on PEXA. The vendor will be registering a Variation of Lease prior to settlement, and intends to do so on PEXA. I note that with a paper dealing lodgement, a person who lodged a priority notice can consent to the registration of a dealing which is prohibited by the priority notice by providing written consent to NSW LRS. Is there any mechanism on PEXA whereby a person who lodged a priority notice can consent to registration of a Variation of Lease to enable it to be registered on PEXA?
