I am completing a form 03AE Transmission Application by an Executor. The Executors wish to transfer a Mortgage dealing on the title of a property from the deceased to the Executor/s. Can this form be done on PEXA? It is not transferring a property but a transfer of the mortgage which is in the name of the deceased. Thanks in advance.
